About Our CEO
Alfonso Bachiller
Alfonso Bachiller is a highly experienced Live Events Producer, Audio Engineer, Production Assistant, and Stage Manager, with a distinguished career in organizing and managing large-scale events in Puerto Rico and beyond. He began his career in 2001, accumulating over 24 years of experience in the live production industry. Over the years, he has played a key role in some of the most significant live productions, including:

Extensive Industry Experience
In Puerto Rico, Mr. Bachiller worked as a Production Assistant and Stage Manager for Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS), collaborating with top industry Producers & Productions. His deep understanding of the music and events market has allowed him to build strong relationships with local and international artists, known for delivering high-quality, successful events.
Building on his extensive industry experience, he earned his official license from the Association of Producers of Puerto Rico, certifying AB Dreams Events as an authorized organizer for events of any scale across the country.
Expanding Expertise in Live Production
In 2017, Alfonso Bachiller accepted an offer from an american production company in Texas, allowing him to expand his expertise in live production. As a certified Audio Engineer, he transitioned back into the technical side of live events full-time, gaining hands-on experience in high-profile productions.
This opportunity opened new doors, leading him to work on major events for both the American company and AB Dreams Events. Over the years, he has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned artists and large-scale productions, including:
